Laura owns and leads The Mark Ryan Group, alongside her husband, Mark, with RE/MAX Victory in Dayton, OH. Laura has been a co-team leader and co-team owner, since 2006. The Mark Ryan Group consistently sells over 100 plus homes a year with 20 million dollars in volume.

Laura prides herself on problem-solving and organization and is always working with systems to improve her skills in this area. She came to Real estate with over 20 years of management and sales experience, transitioning from a general manager in retail to a loan officer and then finally teaming up with her husband as an official Realtor in 2010 as a co-team leader. The Mark Ryan Group has a stellar team of agents working throughout the Dayton market selling homes and a top-notch support staff handling all of the marketing including social media, contract management and client experience.

Laura is a huge believer in the team concept for real estate by creating specialists in each area of the business and implementing systems to problem-solve the normal stressors that we encounter daily in this industry. In her spare time, Laura enjoys traveling with her family, watching her youngest daughter play volleyball, and hosting events for family and friends. She is also a Varsity Volleyball coach for girls volleyball at their local D1 high school, Centerville High School in Centerville Ohio.
