Paul has been active in Real Estate since the early 2000’s when he joined C21 as a Sales Agent then later Keller Williams when he became the Director of Training, then Team Leader for 9 years. In that time, the office grew to a sales force of over 256 productive associates, became the largest office in the city of Burbank, number one in volume, number in units and oversaw more that $2.5Billion in sales and thousands of contracts.
In 2017 Paul was introduced to the WSS family of coaches where he rose to the level of Master Coach introducing the Workman Way to Agents, Teams and Brokerages. His one goal is to support others in achieving a balance in life, business, wellness and spiritual connections. He has found the implementation of the Workman Success Systems is an effective and efficient method to measure and achieve those goals.
Paul currently resides in the Los Angeles area with his lovely wife and two dogs where he leads his team, consults a variety of business, speaks and trains nationally.
