Frequently Asked Questions
On the Workbench homepage, select the "Forgot your password" link and enter your username or email. Workbench will send you an email to reset your password.

There are a few things you can try. First, unistall and reinstall the app on your device. Second, please change your password by selecting the "Forgot your password" link. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please submit a ticket by using the link: https://pages.workmansuccess.com/help-desk
The Daily Success Habits tracker (DSH) is where you and/or your agents will log their daily prospecting activites. Each activity has it's own point value tied to it, and the goal for each day is 61 points. This information can be found in your Workbench portal. You can log your DSH points using the desktop site or our mobile app.
Key business numbers are the metrics that matter most in your business. The log summarizes all transactions that an agent has throughout the year as well as all of your pending sales, closings, etc.
Your assistant can only enter your business numbers if they use your login details, or if they are set up as a team leader. In the event that he/she is set up as a team lead, please keep in mind this will allow them access to business numbers for everyone else on the team as well. They will not have visibility to coaching sessions or coaching notes unless they are listed as an "observer" on the team lead's account.
You can submit a support ticket and a member of the client support team will add the team member for you. Another option is to go to the "Lookup Table" tab on your lead tracker and enter the name of the person you'd like to have added.
The webinars are uploaded to the Training Center within a few days of the call. You can use the search bar to search "Coaching Call" and it will display the past recorded sessions. For your conveneince, the link is https://workmansuccesssystems.knowledgelink.tv/course/team-leader-coaching-webinar
Once you have been added to our systems, you will receive an emailed invitation to sign in to the Training Center invitation. For your convenience, the link is https://trainingcenter.workmansuccess.com/
Please contact Client Support to make sure the email address we have on file is correct. We can also send the invitation again.
Google Drive Docs
First, check the account you are using to access your Google folder to make sure it is the correct account that you usually use to edit your documents. If you typically use several Google accounts, please provide them to client support so we can add them to the access list.
We recommend making a copy and/or downloading the template, then proceeding with your edits. To do this you’ll want to click "File" in the top left-hand corner. From the drop down, you’ll want to select "make a copy" or "download," and then upload the file to your Google Drive.

On your Workbench portal, under the "coaching" tab, is an assessment box. Please click on the "DISC assessment" option and scroll to the bottom message. There will be a message with your DISC assessment link.
Your DISC assessment results should have been emailed to you. If you did not receive an email with your results, please reach out to the client support team and we can provide them to you.
