Gaddis still practices what he preaches. As an agent, broker, and owner for over 20 years, he is currently the co-owner of Modern Traditional Realty Group, a $120 million team in northeast Atlanta.

He is most proud of being a father to four extraordinary daughters and he is over-the-moon about being a grandfather. He earned an MBA from LSU, has been recognized as an industry Newsmaker, and has created several marketing, training, and recruiting programs that are standouts in the industry.
