You are the captain of your ship, and I am your compass for a successful journey. I have been coaching and training business professionals for over 22 years, the past 7 years with Workman Success. My clients succeed because they thrive under my mentorship approach: non-judgmental, high energy, and balanced with humor. I work closely with you to analyze your goals, offer strategies to get results, and provide insight into the future impact of current decision-making.

In work and in life, I always look to improve myself so that I may further help those around me. My mantra is to seek wisdom and clarity, serve others, and follow my intuition. Life brings us lessons: recognizing them and acting upon them leads to a fulfilling journey.

Beyond business, I am an active musician and enjoy hiking, tennis, and yoga. Originally from Canada, I am married to a talented lady from Malaysia and have two grown children, one a business professional and the other an attorney.
