Kim has lived in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex almost all her life. She has been married 30 years and is excited to say both husband and son are part of her real estate team. Kim started off in the builder arena and quickly realized she wanted to be a realtor. She leads a group of 6 at the Kim Pratt Team at NextHome on Main, where she is also the owner of the brokerage with 3 locations.

Kim has been coached by Workman Success Systems for just almost 8 years, where she has grown from individual agent to owner of a brokerage and in 2020 joined Workman as a coach herself.

Since 2009, Kim has consistently received top awards in production and quality service, RP Real Producers Top 500, Best 360 Southwest, Five Star Professional, D Magazine Award Winner, Centurion Award, and President’s Circle Award. Kim’s team has been about giving back to their community. One thing Kim is super proud of is establishing her personal charity – Flipping Blessings. This is growing each year and they help out the local community in many ways. Kim loves to help and assist wherever she can.
