Five weeks in and it looks like everyone is hitting their stride. The 120-Day Listing Challenge has seen a few of the same challengers neck and neck on the Leaderboard, while we’re also seeing some newcomers jumping in… and ahead! The Leaderboard is ever changing! 

Listing appointments, new listings, offers, and listing volume are growing steadily! If your numbers aren’t exactly where you’d like them to be, consider joining our Power Hours.

We held our 3rd Power Hour on Wednesday, 9/25, and in just 30 minutes of prospecting, the group completed 183 dials and had 16 conversations! Congratulations to Sherry Ryals, Marlena McWilliams, and Tracee Denby for each setting an appointment! 

Based on today’s leaderboard numbers, everyone is making progress!

Congratulations to Jenny Wilson of ReMax First, in Maryville, Tennessee, who is still at the top of the leaderboard now with 15 listing appointments, 5 new listings, and close to $2.5 million in new listing volume! In fact, our participants’ listing volume is skyrocketing! Leilani Evans of Re/Max Professionals, Inc., in Toronto, Canada, has over $7,000,000 in new listing volume. Not far behind Jenny Wilson’s $2.5 million is Joelle Sparks of eXp Realty in Vallejo, California and Matthew Curiale of Re/Max First Realty, in East Brunswick, New Jersey, both with over $1,000,000 in new listing volume! Way to go everybody!

The leaderboard changes everyday as everyone inputs their numbers – so don’t forget to input yours and share with everyone the fruits of your efforts. Oftentimes the competition is neck and neck, so be sure to check out the latest stats! It’s competition, but it’s also inspiration!

We’re seeing an increase in the number of offers received. That’s great… but… what if you receive multiple offers? Or, if your clients are the buyers, what if theirs is just one of multiple offers… and they’re contingent offers?
