Just as there are numerous tips and to-dos, there are numerous ways to grow your listings: email, direct mail, calls, and door knocking, to name a few. In fact, we’ve heard several stories of successful door knocking efforts just in the last few weeks. Agents who would experience panic attacks just hanging door flyers pushed through their fears—motivated by YOUR positive comments on our Power Hours and through our WhatsApp—and achieved success!
Door Knocking Scripts
Door knocking is a fantastic opportunity to meet potential clients and build rapport instantly in desirable areas. Fifteen percent of all homeowners are considering selling each year, which means that 1.5 in ten doors you knock on should be of someone who is at least thinking about selling. Start small at first, maybe knocking on 20-30 doors per week and work your way up to 50. By doing this, you’ll connect with 7 people per week who are thinking about buying or selling in the near future.

Power Hour
Listing appointments, new listings, offers, and listing volume have all been growing steadily! If your numbers aren’t exactly where you’d like them to be, definitely consider joining our Power Hours.
Our Power Hours have been so productive! This past week we held our 4th and 5th Power Hours on Wednesday, 10/2, and the following Monday 10/7. In total, the groups completed 278 dials, had 68 conversations, and set 6 appointments! Congratulations to Leilani Evans for setting the most appointments during Wednesday’s call. And kudos to Matt Curiale who kept the momentum going by calling for another hour until our check-in call. Special shout out to Allen Thompson for setting an appointment for Wednesday (as long as he has power and the roads are drivable with the hurricane!) and to Amber Burris for setting her appointment!

Congratulations to Jenny Wilson of RE/MAX First, in Maryville, Tennessee, who has 17 listing appointments, five new listings, and $2.4 million in new listing volume. Delia Knight of Allen Tate Realtors, in Madison, North Carolina, has 12 listing appointments, four new listings, and 13 offers received. Shout out to Priscilla Shields of Relo Radar, in Ft. Worth, Texas, who also has 12 listing appointments, nine new listings, and over $1,000,000 in closed listing volume!
The leaderboard changes everyday as everyone inputs their numbers – so don’t forget to input yours and share with everyone the fruits of your efforts. Oftentimes the competition is neck and neck, so be sure to check out the latest stats! It’s competition, but it’s also inspiration!
