That’s great news for a lot of you but what really stands out besides everyone’s efforts and perseverance, is the support and camaraderie taking place on our 120 Day Listing Challenge WhatsApp conversations! Power Hour
Listing appointments, new listings, offers, and listing volume have all been increasing! If your numbers aren’t where you know they should be, definitely consider joining our Power Hours.
Our Power Hours have been so productive! We held our 6th Power Hour on Wednesday, 10/16, and the group completed 111 dials and had 22 conversations! Way to go everyone… and big thanks to Jamie Taylor for hosting our Power Hour!
Overall, based on the most recent leaderboard numbers, everyone is crushing it!

DSH and Top 50 Tracker
If you want to achieve a goal, you need to write it down. It may sound a bit cliché, but it actually does work. And Workman has done most of the heavy lifting for you!
Two key WSS resources associated with goal setting—and achieving—are the Daily Success Habits (DSH) Tracker and the Top 50 Tracker.
In an effort to achieve your goals and achieve success, you have to have a plan or roadmap to follow. The DSH Tracker is filled with dollar-productive activities to help you track what you are, and are not, doing. It’s an easy way to look back on your day to see where you spent your time and allow you to make adjustments for the next day. Be sure to do your DSH Tracker every day!
Why do we focus on lead generation — even purchasing leads — with people who we don’t even know, and more importantly, who don’t know us? Your Top 50 is a list of 50 people that already know, like, and trust you and who you believe will send you at least one referral this year. Make your list of exactly 50 and keep notes and important info on your plan to nurture and reach out to this database through personal, meaningful touches. These relationships are your key to success in real estate — serving them will allow you to serve many more!
Both of these tried and true resources are staples of the Workman Way – just two out of countless resources, tools, systems, and trainings designed specifically to help you reach your goals. The best part of using them? They work. We know it. Our clients know it. And when you set out to use them, you, too, will realize it. Greatness is predictable and when you use proven resources and tools it becomes Predictable Greatness. You just have to do it. Therein lies the adage: “The Ultimate Source of Power is action.”

When it comes to action, one has only to take a look at our leaderboard. Congratulations also go out to Courtney Ertman of Century 21 Affiliated, in Saint Joseph, Michigan, with 11 listing appointments, 7 new listings, 14 offers received, and over $1.7 million in new listing volume. Congratulations also to Paul Wheeler of Accent Realtors, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, with 11 listing appointments, 6 new listings, nearly $1.5 million in new listing volume, and over $1 million in closed listing volume.
The leaderboard changes everyday as everyone inputs their numbers – so don’t forget to input your numbers and share with everyone the fruits of your efforts. Oftentimes the competition is neck and neck, so be sure to check out the latest stats! It’s competition, but it’s also inspiration!
