Be Thankful (and Prepared)!

We’re now in week 13 of 18 of the 120-Day Listing Challenge and Thanksgiving is already here! It’s a time of year to reflect and be thankful – expressing our gratitude (which we should do all year long)!

In addition to being thankful, we should also be prepared. And this week, while we’re talking about creating a list of your buyer clients’ criteria (see below), you’ll be prepared when a property becomes available that meets your clients’ needs. While everyone else is starting to ask the necessary questions, you’ll already have the answers and will be prepared to “wow” your clients.

This is just one way to “up your game.” Looking for more ideas? Please join your colleagues and take advantage of both our Power Hour calls and our Check In calls:

Power Hour

Listing appointments, new listings, offers, and listing volume have all been increasing! If your numbers aren’t where you know they should be, definitely consider joining our Power Hours. Our last Power Hour on November 20th saw 145 dials, 14 conversations, and two appointments set (congrats to Colby Parker and Sherry Ryals)!

Based on the most recent leaderboard numbers, we are seeing some very impressive numbers!

  • Nearly 30,000 Calls made
  • Over 18,000 Emails and Texts sent
  • Just over 3000 Handwritten Notes crafted

If you love those numbers, check these out! To date, our challengers have over 400 Listing Appointments, acquired 185 New Listings, and received nearly 300 offers! The New Listing Volume is just over $62,000,000 with Closed Listing Volume at just under $26 million!

Keep up the great work! And remember, if what you’re doing isn’t working as well as you’d like… change things up! Yes… it’s time to get creative!

Create a List of Buyer Clients’ Criteria

Keep a complete list of buyer clients’ criteria so you can market in areas that will match their criteria. It is very powerful marketing when applied as a result of a genuine need. Keep a list on a white board or Google Doc so the entire team can see it and keep it updated. Review the list every week.

Be sure to review your 120-Day Listing Challenge ebook – especially page 34 – where you’ll find  “Critical To-Do” regarding Buyer Clients’ Criteria. We’ve also included a link to a free download to help you in your efforts.

As you reference the ebook, you’ll notice quite a number of tips and “CriticalTo-Dos” on a variety of topics – all designed to help you increase your GCI (and move up on that leaderboard)!

Leaderboard

The top 10 spots on our leaderboard are ever-changing! Congratulations once again to Jenny Wilson of RE/MAX First, in Maryville, Tennessee, with 42 listing appointments (up from 29), 6 new listings, over $2.6 million in new listing volume, and nearly $2.8 million in closed listing volume! Running second is Priscilla Shields of Relo Radar, in Ft. Worth, Texas, with 28 listing appointments (up from 20), 15 new listings, just over $2.6 million in new listing volume, and nearly $1.6 million in closed listing volume.

The leaderboard changes everyday as everyone inputs their numbers – so don’t forget to input your numbers and share with everyone the fruits of your efforts. Oftentimes the competition is neck and neck, so be sure to check out the latest stats! It’s competition, but it’s also inspiration!

The Leaderboard tells just a part of everyone’s story. And there are a lot of stories out there and each should be celebrated!

Yesterday I scored 77 DSH points. I feel if I do that consistently daily until Thanksgiving, I’ll convert it into one listing! Good Luck out there everyone!” – Andrew Valaitis

Keep those stories coming; they’re an inspiration to everyone!

And, as always, remember, the 120-Day Listing Challenge, while a competition, is also all about community. You’re not alone, so input your numbers, join the conversation on WhatsApp, sign up for the Power Hours, and share your experiences on the Check-in calls.

We’re grateful you’re a part of the Workman family and we’re always available to serve!
