Bernie hails from the United Kingdom with an extensive background in manufacturing processes and Quality Assurance Systems and obtained his SC real estate license in 1999. Together with his wife (and WSS Master Coach ), Julie Toon Timms, he successfully runs the operational side of their Hilton Head Island based independent brokerage.

As a founding Workman Success System coaching client, it soon became apparent to him that to have a profitable business and get valuable time back, it was crucial to have the right systems and processes in place.
