Chris has a passion for coaching and takes pride in the development of people and businesses. As a second-generation realtor, he grew up in and around the business. He has learned what it takes to be successful and what that success can look like. Before making real estate his primary focus he spent several years in medical device sales working for the largest medical device company where he sold in high-pressure situations like the operating room and catheterization lab. Prior to that, he had a brief stint coaching in the athletic arena as a football coach as well as a strength and conditioning coach for multiple sports teams at the collegiate level. Chris continues to hone his craft by following and becoming a pupil of the biggest leaders in our industry. He has spent over two decades developing his skill set as a leader, mentor, and coach.
Chris is now a Co-Owner, Sales Manager, and Listing Partner for the brokerage his parents started in 2010, Terra Firma Realty. Initially, the brokerage focused primarily on Lake Properties and has been ranked number one in lakefront sales since 2010 for the South Central Wisconsin MLS which consists of more than 4,500 agents. Their team is ranked in the top 10 of their MLS and also focuses on residential real estate in addition to lakefront and vacation property. Under Chris’s guidance the team and brokerage is expanding its geographical reach from the greater Madison Wisconsin area, to now include Green Bay, Appleton, and Oshkosh.
The family business has more than doubled since they started being coached by Workman Success Systems. With their team “Workmanized” for an environment of success and a culture of productivity, Chris has been able to focus on continued growth for his business while also helping his coaching clients achieve their goals and the success they desire. All of his coaching clients have seen annual increases in profit with some clients having such success that they positioned their business for someone else to run while they step away to focus on new aspirations.
