I started in real estate in 1996. In 2014, my husband and I took the leap of faith to open our own brokerage. We refer to our office, Living in Lenawee Realty as a small boutique office similar to a team concept. It didn’t take long to realize that we need direction and systems. We looked at several coaching programs and successfully landed with Workman Success.

Through coaching, we have a strong network of top 50, a well-laid-out yearly marketing plan, and a strong business plan. Our Team is well respected in our community, and we do not pay for leads! When asked if I would consider being a coach, I was honored. Locally, I co-facilitate a 9 month leadership class, and the opportunity to inspire and lead others in my own industry is a dream come true for me. I want to help Realtors and Brokers have a quality of life that includes vacations, family time, community recognition, and most of all debt free. I believe that through Workman systems, I can help you achieve that.

I honestly believe the hardest thing for Realtors sometimes is finding their why! Mine was to build a new house – then it was to pay for my kids college education – then it was to become debt free – now my why is to help you find your why and achieve it! I know we can do it! I know it is not easy! But I know first hand it is worth it, and I’m ready to take this journey with you!
