Mark has been coached by the Workman Success team for many years! After 4 or 5 years of adopting all of the coaching principles and seeing great success, he was asked to become a coach and pass the torch on to those who also would love to learn! Mark is a firm believer in iron sharpens iron and staying synergized with the best in the business! Building a real estate team can be very challenging but Mark enjoys listening to his coaching clients and developing plans to help them leverage all of the team concepts. It’s amazing how much you can do with a little bit of guidance and direction. Mark has witnessed this firsthand in his own business and this is why he is so passionate to help pass it on to others.
Mark is very good at marketing, video marketing to be more specific! He also has a large passion for creating community. He has developed some unique ways to create real estate business through his teammates’ passions outside of work. We are in the people business so we have decided to meet people where they are at and create community which turns into real estate business. He is very open to describing much of this to his coaching clients to help them build their version.
