Melissa Hailey is a Certified Coach with Workman Success Systems, the CEO of Agent Advantage Coaching and Training, and a real estate Broker and Team Leader. She has given back to her profession through volunteer leadership at Collin County Area REALTORS, Texas REALTORS, and also the National Association of REALTORS where she served on various committees. She also serves on the Broker-Lawyer Committee at the Texas Real Estate Commission.
