Real estate has been Rob’s passion and central focus over the past 34 years. He comes from a business-oriented family of lawyers, accountants and financial advisors so is naturally suited to the real estate business. He has a background in finance and accounting and holds a Chartered Accountant designation (CPA equivalent in Canada).
Rob’s specialties include sales, investment, office management, coaching, and training in the residential real estate world as well as asset management, leasing and property management in the commercial arena. For over 7 years, he has led Leggat Consulting Group, a company devoted to assisting small business owners in achieving personal and business goals through coaching and training.
Rob is currently involved in owning and operating real estate offices in the New York city area with over 200 agents. He actively trains and coaches agents in real estate sales with a strong emphasis on the concepts and practices of business ownership. Though methodical implementation of systems, processes, tools and best practices over time, the offices now dominate in their respective markets.
