We’re now in week 15 out of 18 of the 120-Day Listing Challenge. Today, it’s all about numbers… the number of calls you make, the number of emails you send, and the number of listing appointments you make. Hopefully, that last number is on the rise. But if it’s not, not to worry… that’s what this week’s resource is all about.
The focus this week is on 86-50-1; closing 86 deals working with 50 people 1 hour per day. If you’re familiar with 86-50-1, it may be time to refresh your memory and review it all over again. Check out page 28 in your 120-Day Listing Challenge ebook for the link to download a new copy.
If you’re NOT familiar with 86-50-1, your life just got a lot easier! Go straight to page 28 and download your copy and start reading!

86-50-1
The 86-50-1 resource is all about closing 86 deals working with 50 people 1 hour per day. Those 50 people come from your Top 50 list of the people who know, like, and trust you. Again, you’ll find more information and a download link on page 28 of your 120-Day Listing Challenge ebook.

There are two “Critical To-Dos” on page 28. Please be sure to take a look at them as each can help you not only move up in the challenge, but continue to benefit your business well into Q1 of 2025!
Leaderboard
The top 10 spots on our leaderboard are ever-changing! But we are definitely seeing the same names shuffling around! Congratulations yet again to Jenny Wilson of RE/MAX First, in Maryville, Tennessee, with 49 listing appointments (up from 46), 8 new listings, over $3.4 million in new listing volume (up from $2.6M), and nearly $3 million in closed listing volume (up from $2.8M)! Back in second place is Priscilla Shields of Relo Radar, in Ft. Worth, Texas, with 32 listing appointments, 18 new listings, just over $3.5 million in new listing volume, and nearly $2.1 million in closed listing volume. Delia Knight of Allen Tate Realtors, in Madison, North Carolina, remains in the top 3 with 21 listing appointments, 5 new listings, 17 offers received, and over $1.25 million in new listing volume!
The leaderboard changes everyday as everyone inputs their numbers – so don’t forget to input your numbers and share with everyone the fruits of your labor. Oftentimes the competition is neck and neck, so be sure to check out the latest stats! It’s competition, but it’s also inspiration!
The Leaderboard tells just a part of everyone’s story. And there are a lot of stories out there and each should be celebrated!
Last week during our Power Hour and Check-in Call we learned that Jenny Wilson lists 25-30 homes a year JUST by FSBOs and Expireds. She prospects for two hours every single day and she’s been doing this for a decade! This year she sold one that she’s been in contact with for 10 years! Jenny chimed in noting “it was easy, we were just friends at that point”.
Those of you on the Check-in call may have caught a great quote from Cleve Gaddis, “Only accept advice from people who are more successful than you in the industry you want to be successful in. Nobody else’s opinions matter because they haven’t been through what you’re experiencing right now.”
Cleve also gave Courtney Ertman a shoutout for acquiring over 5000 DSH points in the challenge. She attributed this to the sheer volume of calls she makes. She has it so dialed in that she knows that every 150-400 calls guarantee 1 listing appointment.
During this week’s Power Hour Andrew Valaitis taught us the power of focus. Andrew made 27 calls, left seven voicemails, and had five contacts. He called expireds and did some Geo calls in his area. He has an open house this week and invited people in that area to attend, and asked if they had any friends/family looking to move into the area.
“I come to Power Hour because I can get 1/2 of my daily DSH points in only 45minutes.”
– Andrew Valaitis
Keep those stories coming; they’re an inspiration to everyone!
And, as always, remember, the 120-Day Listing Challenge, while a competition, is also all about community. You’re not alone, so input your numbers, join the conversation on WhatsApp, sign up for the Power Hours, and share your experiences on the Check-in calls.
Just a couple of weeks left in the challenge… let’s see 1MT1MT – One more thing, one more time!
