With two weeks behind us and the 120-Day Listing Challenge wide open in front of us, it’s full speed ahead! Listing appointments are being set, new listings are adding up – along with offers and listing volume!
We held our first Power Hour on Wednesday, September 11th, and in only 40 minutes of prospecting, the group completed 122 dials and had 11 conversations. Congratulations to Allen Thompson and Thomas Perry for each setting an appointment. And a shoutout to Matt Curiale for cranking out 30 calls asking for referrals!
Based on today’s leaderboard numbers, it really is full speed ahead!
- Nearly 9,000 Calls made
- Over 6,000 Emails and Texts sent
- 1500 Handwritten Notes crafted
These efforts are already yielding impressive numbers. So far, our challengers have 135 Listing Appointments, 52 New Listings, and 106 Offers Received! The New Listing Volume is just shy of $14,000,000 with Closed Listing Volume of almost $6 million!

Congratulations to Delia Knight of Allen Tate Realtors, in Madison, North Carolina, who has 10 listing appointments, four new listings, and 11 offers received. Her listing volume is $775,000! Shout out to Janis Montalvo of the Montalvo Team, in Tecumseh, Michigan, who also has 10 listing appointments, four new listings, 14 offers received, and with two closed listings has over $400,000 in closed listing volume! In the third spot on our Leaderboard we have Lisa Buckner of The Buckner Property Group, in Muncie, Indiana, with 8 listing appointments, one new listing, two closed listings, and $320,000 in closed listing volume.
