It includes 12 pre-recorded, one-hour IQ Sessions featuring RE/MAX super-agent and Workman Master Coach, Cleve Gaddis. Every session contains several useful videos that will teach you important team principles. There are also practical, well thought-out assignments that will allow you to implement what you are learning with your teams.
Also included are the REAL TEAMS® Playbook, a step-by-step guide to building a team, sort of “coaching in a box”, and the REAL TEAMS® Toolbox, which includes all the documents, resources, and tools you will need to successfully build and manage a team.
Upon completion of the REAL TEAMS® Solution for Team Leaders, you will be granted Certified REAL TEAMS® Office (CRTL) designation, and awarded a Certificate of Completion.
