It is with profound sadness that we share the news of Rick Geha’s passing on October 10. Rick was a master coach, motivational speaker, real estate agent for more than 40 years, husband, and friend to many.

Rick was part of the Workman Success Systems (WSS) family since 2015. Known to many as “The Freedom Pathfinder,” Rick spent decades working with people all over the globe to help them discover and walk their path to personal freedom.

“Knowing Rick changed my life from the first day I met him and every day that followed. I knew Rick for almost 20 years from Keller Williams, and then I worked directly with him for the last eight years at Workman Success Systems,” said Senior Director of Coaching Sara Guldi, who was introduced to WSS by Rick. “He brought enthusiasm, connection, so much knowledge and his tremendous capacity to care. His clients had measurable success working with him, and so did everyone else that he impacted. I will miss his great hugs, his friendship, and the way he lit up a room; the way he made each and every person feel like his very best friend when he spoke with them; his impact, and so much more.“

Rick’s real estate journey began just after he earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Cal State Hayward. By the mid-1990s, Rick’s real estate career was flourishing as he had grown his team to include about 50 agents while still remaining a top producer himself.

In 2001, Rick joined Keller Williams Realty where he was able to not only develop a team that produced stellar results, but he began to build another career as a speaker, trainer, and coach.

After spending more than 14 years with Keller Willilams, Rick decided to focus his time on speaking and coaching. While he continued to sell real estate with his team, The Rick Geha Real Estate Team in Northern California, he flourished as a speaker and a Master Coach with Workman Success Systems. Rick led more than 1,000 workshops teaching how to attract superior agents, agent recruiting, agent retention, and systems. He inspired many through his video blog and keynote presentations to audiences in all industries.

“Rick was a consummate leader in helping others achieve their goals and aspirations,” said Verl Workman, CEO of Workman Success Systems. “He was a true North Star in guiding his clients, colleagues, and peers toward success. He cared deeply about the well-being of others and instilled in them the tools and skills to reach their dreams. There are no words to express how much he will be missed.”

While Rick treasured his friends, clients, coworkers and community, nothing meant more to him than his family. “His family was his everything,” Sara shared. “He loved and was so proud of his sons, and loved his wife, Casey, with every fiber of his being. Rick would glow when he spoke about his family. He loved so large and authentically.”
