The 120-Day Listing Challenge – One Week In

With over 190 “Challengers” participating in the Workman Success Systems’ 120-Day Listing Challenge – Fall 2024, everyone is off to an impressive start!

Based on today’s leaderboard numbers, everyone is coming out of the gate strong!

  • Over 4,000 Calls made
  • More than 3,000 Emails and Texts sent
  • 800+ Handwritten Notes crafted

These efforts are already yielding impressive numbers. So far, our challengers have 81 Listing Appointments, 33 New Listings, and 58 Offers Received! The New Listing Volume is just shy of  $8,000,000 with Closed Listing Volume topping $4.2 million!

Congratulations to Lisa Buckner of The Buckner Property Group, in Muncie, Indiana, for her 8 listing appointments, Janis Montalvo of the Montalvo Team, in Tecumseh, Michigan, has 7 listing appointments with two new listings, and Delia Knight of Allen Tate Realtors, in Madison, North Carolina, has 6 listing appointments and three new listings!

The leaderboard changes everyday as everyone inputs their numbers – so don’t forget to input yours and share with everyone the fruits of your efforts. You and your numbers are impressive!

What’s really impressive, however, are the individual efforts being made; the agents venturing outside of their comfort zones.

Allen Thompson of Realty Pros in DeLand, Florida, shared the following on the 120-Day Listing Challenge WhatsApp, “We knocked around one of my listings and dropped flyers. (I said) ‘Hi, I’m Allen and I promise I’m not here trying to convince you to sell your home. I just wanted to let you know that we listed a house up the road and I was curious if you knew anyone looking to move to the area.’”

The reason this is so impressive? Allen also shared, “I’ve been in the business for 10 years in October. I used to have panic attacks just hanging door hangers—without even knocking!” 

Joelle Marie Sparks of eXp Realty, in Vallejo, California, is on fire! She accidentally called a wrong number which turned out to be a builder that’s offering buyer’s agent commissions and 3.5% loans. Additionally, Joelle spent 1.5 hours calling 99 expired listings. From her calls, 13 answered, eight were wrong numbers, three already relisted/resigned, and one told her to call someone else. She encountered 33 voicemails, two voicemail call backs, and one listing appointment!

Considering the commission she’ll receive from that one listing; not bad for one and half hours on the phone!

Lisa Turley, of Grand Allure Home Group, in Mooresville, North Carolina, shared that she hates door knocking but took on this challenge and will be delivering 30 complimentary CMAs in 30 days to a neighborhood she is going to farm. That neighborhood is located just outside her comfort zone!
