We’re now in week 11 of the 120-Day Listing Challenge and a lot of you are on cruise control – which is great… if what you’re doing is working.  And based on the numbers on our leaderboard – for so many of you what you are doing is working! However, for those of you looking to boost your efforts, please take advantage of both our Power Hour calls and the Check In calls:

Listing appointments, new listings, offers, and listing volume have all been increasing! If your numbers aren’t where you know they should be, definitely consider joining our Power Hours.

Based on the most recent leaderboard numbers, we are seeing some very impressive numbers! 

  • Just under 26,000 Calls made
  • Well over 15,000 Emails and Texts sent
  • Nearly 2800 Handwritten Notes crafted

If you love those numbers, check these out! To date, our challengers have set 380 Listing Appointments, acquired 172 New Listings, and received 261 offers! The New Listing Volume is just under $59,000,000 with Closed Listing Volume nearly $24 million!

Listing Presentations

We’re talking about pre-listing presentations as well as full listing marketing presentations. Check out the 120-Day Listing Challenge ebook (starting on page 17)  to learn how you present what you do on a listing to a potential seller in a way that causes them to want to get their home listed right away. The ebook has lots of valuable information and links to resources—including a listing presentation template to help you develop your own winning strategies and you’ll also find a couple of our resources from one of our Shift modules – The Seller Confidence System.

Leaderboard

The top 10 spots on our leaderboard are ever-changing! Congratulations yet again to Jenny Wilson of RE/MAX First, in Maryville, Tennessee, with 36 listing appointments (up from 29 last week), 6 new listings, over $2.6 million in new listing volume, and over $2.8 million in closed listing volume! Running second (up from 3rd) is Priscilla Shields of Relo Radar, in Ft. Worth, Texas, with 28 listing appointments (up from 20 last week), 15 new listings, just over $2.6 million in new listing volume, and over $1.5 million in closed listing volume. Congratulations also go out to Delia Knight of Allen Tate Realtors, in Madison, North Carolina, with 21 listing appointments, 5 new listings, 17 offers received, and over $1.25 million in new listing volume! Up and coming on the leaderboard is Courtney Ertman of Century 21 Affiliated, in Saint Joseph, Michigan, with 15 listing appointments (up from 11 last week), 9 new listings (up from 7), 19 offers received (up from 14), and over $2.3 million in new listing volume (up from $1.7 million). Congratulations also to Ann Weaver with Century 21 in Mansfield, Texas, with 14 listing appointments, 11 new listings, over $9 million in new listing volume, and just over $2.3 million in closed listing volume!

The leaderboard changes everyday as everyone inputs their numbers – so don’t forget to input your numbers and share with everyone the fruits of your efforts. Oftentimes the competition is neck and neck, so be sure to check out the latest stats! It’s competition, but it’s also inspiration!
