Stop, Drop and Succeed!

We’re getting close to the end of the 120-Day Listing Challenge. Thanksgiving has passed and Christmas and New Years are on the horizon! It’s a joyous time of year and a time to reflect and express our gratitude – and appreciation – of others (which we should do all year long).

It’s the time of year when we start to think about what we can do for others. And that applies to work, too. In real estate, your seller clients don’t have to drop their sales price to help their buyers – especially when there are so many other concession options. This week we explore one such option – for sellers, we offer the Shift module: Stop, Drop, and Save – a win-win for sellers and buyers!

The top 10 spots on our leaderboard are ever-changing! Congratulations once again to Jenny Wilson of RE/MAX First, in Maryville, Tennessee, with 46 listing appointments (up from 42), 6 new listings, over $2.6 million in new listing volume, and now over $2.8 million in closed listing volume! Up from third place is Priscilla Shields of Relo Radar, in Ft. Worth, Texas, with 32 listing appointments (up from 28), 18 new listings (up from 15), just over $3.5 million in new listing volume (up from $2.6m), and over $2.1 million in closed listing volume (up from 1.6m)! Delia Knight of Allen Tate Realtors, in Madison, North Carolina, remains in the top 3 with 21 listing appointments, 5 new listings, 17 offers received, and over $1.25 million in new listing volume! Up and coming on the leaderboard is Vilija Garbonkus, of eXp Realty, Chicago, IL, with 19 listing appointments, 6 new listings, and just under $900,000 in new listing volume!

The leaderboard changes everyday as everyone inputs their numbers – so don’t forget to input your numbers and share with everyone the fruits of your efforts. Oftentimes the competition is neck and neck, so be sure to check out the latest stats! It’s competition, but it’s also inspiration!
