Cleve’s team, Gaddis Partners, specializes in residential resales, REO, and short sale properties. He also handles commercial properties including multi-family, office, retail, and raw and developed land, as well as Property Management. Cleve is frequently quoted in both local and national media and regularly speaks to trade associations and other professional groups.

Prior to entering real estate, Cleve served in various sales management positions with Electrolux Corporation, where he was ultimately responsible for 86 branch offices in the Midwest United States with over 1,000 personnel and an annual operating budget of $38 million.
