Sara Guldi has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2004. She lives in Florida and, for 15 years, co-owned a real estate team in Maryland; running the team from Florida from 2012 until she sold the team in 2020.  In 2008, their best year, the team sold $83 million in volume, with over 300 units, making number 66 on the Wall Street Journal’s “The Hundred” list. The team consistently exceeded $20 million in production annually, with an average sales price of $165K, for over a decade. She attributed their long-term success to a strong commitment to systems, operational excellence, and coaching.

Sara is passionate about helping others build amazing lives and businesses using the performance coaching systems developed by Workman Success Systems.

In 2022 Sara graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Psychology and Organizational Leadership in Business. She continues to focus on growth and development as a coach herself and of other coaches. In addition to being a Master Coach with Workman Success Systems, she is also a Board-Certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP, as well as Hypnotherapy and MER.
