Four weeks in and it looks as though just about EVERYONE in the 120-Day Listing Challenge is gaining steam and the competition on the Leaderboard is changing daily! More listing appointments are being set, new listings are adding up – and the offers and listing volume are rising! A lot of that has to do with our Power Hours.

We held our 2nd Power Hour on Wednesday, 9/18, and in just 40 minutes of prospecting, the group completed 132 dials and had 27 conversations! Congratulations to Allen Thompson, William Chappell, and Vilija Garbonkus for each setting an appointment! And a shout out to Amber Burris for cranking out 33 calls!! 

Based on today’s leaderboard numbers, everyone is making progress!

  • 1800 Handwritten Notes crafted

If you think those numbers are impressive, check out these stats! So far, our challengers have 182 Listing Appointments, 78 New Listings, and 122 Offers Received! The New Listing Volume is over $21,000,000 with Closed Listing Volume over $6.8 million!

Shout out to Paul Wheeler of Accent Realtors, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who has 7 listing appointments, 4 new listings, and nearly $1 million in closed listing volume. Congratulations to Colby Parker of Keller Williams Realty, in Little Rock, Arkansas, who has 4 listing appointments and 6 new listings, with 2 offers received! Way to go everybody!
