By shifting his focus to military family relocation, Kyle realized a 100% increase in his 2023 GCI…in less than a year.
He’s currently on track to triple his GCI in 2024.
Here’s how Kyle did it:
Kyle faced the dual challenge of transitioning from a full-time military career in the Air Force to a full-time real estate agent. Trying to manage both roles simultaneously, he was often stretched thin, handling his military duties, studying for his real estate license, and ultimately working as an agent during his deployment.
“I was full-time military and closing deals at the same time. Essentially, I was a 911 military dispatcher, and then an agent would call me, and I’d have to send documents out for signature!”
After serving nine years in the Air Force, Kyle decided to make a bold career shift into real estate. His ultimate goal was to become the go-to agent in his market; a reliable source for military families relocating to Southern California, offering personalized, veteran-friendly services.
To make this goal a reality and refine his business operations, Kyle joined Workman Success Systems and partnered with his coach, Mahala Landin. Mahala identified that Kyle didn’t need help generating leads but needed support in building and organizing his business. Together, they worked on creating routines, schedules, and systems to help him manage his growing client base and stay organized.
“She immediately picked up on realizing that I didn’t really need help generating clients and leads as much as I really needed help with actually building my business. She’s a rock star!”
“Everyone that knows me has affiliated real estate to me. I’ve been really blessed, and I’m thankful for everybody. The one big thing that’s really helped is during the shift in our market I’ve been becoming more of a listing agent.”
“Based on my 1st year of selling real estate, I felt confident enough that I was gonna continue to close deals and meet new clients and be able to keep myself moving forward.”
He attributes his success to his relentless pursuit of self-improvement and the mentorship he received from Workman Success Systems.
“I may understand contracts and closing deals, but there’s so much more to real estate than just opening and closing escrows.”
Today, Kyle’s not just building a business—he’s building a legacy of helping military families find homes in Southern California.
Come see for yourself — Kyle’s results are typical of clients who apply the systems, processes, and behaviors their coaches identify as missing from their business.
